A 24/7 gym in Mokotów, Warsaw — in English
Mokotowski Gym is a small gym at ul. Białej Floty 2, on Marina Mokotów, open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You get in with your own key, so opening hours stop applying to you. Our trainers speak English, several group classes run in English, and you can join without speaking a word of Polish. The first visit is free and there is nothing to book — walk in while reception is open and have a look around.

Would you rather we called you?
Leave your name and number — we call back the same day. If you leave a number late in the evening, we will ring first thing in the morning.
The number is used only to call you back about this enquiry. Privacy policy (page in Polish)
What 269 PLN a month actually buys
The gym membership costs 269 PLN for 30 days and covers the gym floor around the clock, every day of the year. There is no peak-hour surcharge, no separate weekend rate and no minimum number of visits.
If you also want the group classes — boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, krav maga — the full access membership is 399 PLN for 30 days and includes both the gym and every class on the timetable. If you only want one class a week and no gym floor, that is 299 PLN for 30 days.
You can also come without any membership at all: a single gym entry costs 60 PLN and a single group class 100 PLN. That is the honest way to test the place after the free first visit, before you commit to anything monthly. Paying for a whole year up front is 25 % cheaper.
Prices are per person and quoted in Polish złoty. Nothing on this page is a promotional rate that expires — it is the same price list Polish members pay, and it lives at the full price list.
How the 24/7 key works
Round-the-clock access is not an app and not a code that changes every month. It is a physical key that you collect once, at reception. The key costs 100 PLN once and stays with you for as long as your membership runs.
From that moment reception hours stop being your problem. You come at 5 a.m. before work, at 11 p.m. after a late shift, on a Sunday, on a public holiday. There is no security guard at the door deciding whether to let you in and no closing time when the lights go out.
What this means in practice for someone who has just moved to Warsaw: you do not have to plan your training around a club's schedule while you are still working out your own. Reception is open Mon–Fri 4:00–9:30 PM and Sat 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, and that is the window for paperwork, questions and collecting the key — not for training.
The gym is small on purpose. At the hours when large chain clubs in Warsaw queue for the squat rack, here there are usually a handful of people on the floor. That is the trade-off this place makes: fewer machines than a 2 000 m² chain gym, and far fewer people waiting for them.
Do you need to speak Polish? No.
This is the question that actually stops people from walking in, so here is a straight answer: you can join, train and cancel without Polish.
Reception handles sign-up in English. The trainers speak English — there are 13 of them on site, covering strength training, boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, krav maga and physiotherapy-led work. Several group classes are run in English, and if a class is not, the coach will switch for you rather than leave you guessing what the next round is.
The membership agreement itself is a Polish document — that is a legal requirement, not a choice — but reception will go through it with you in English before you sign anything, point by point, including what you are committing to and how to stop it. If you would rather have that conversation before you come in, leave your number in the form above and we will call you.
Practically speaking, the club already has English-speaking members. Marina Mokotów has a large international community and a good part of the people training here on any given evening are not Polish. You will not be the experiment.
Sports cards: MultiSport, FitProfit, PZU Sport
If your Warsaw employer gives you a sports card, it almost certainly works here. We accept MultiSport Plus, MultiSport Kids, FitProfit, PZU Sport.
With a sports card, entry to the gym floor is free and group classes are 50 % cheaper than the walk-in rate. You do not need a separate membership on top of the card to use the gym.
Two things worth knowing before you rely on it. First, the card covers the gym, not the 24-hour key — if you want to train outside reception hours you still collect the key and pay the one-off 100 PLN. Second, sports cards do not cover personal training; that is a separate arrangement with the trainer.
Bring the card (or the app) to reception on your first visit and they will check it against the operator's system on the spot. It takes a minute and there is nothing to arrange in advance.

Group classes and combat sports
The timetable is built around combat sports rather than around a studio calendar of dance and step classes. Boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and krav maga run through the week, at beginner and advanced levels, with separate groups for children from the age of three.
Beginner classes assume you have never thrown a punch or tied a belt. Nobody spars on day one, nobody is thrown in with a competitor, and the coach will tell you when you are ready for contact — not the other way round. Equipment for your first sessions is available at the club, so you do not need to buy gloves before you know whether you like it.
The current week-by-week schedule, with class names and levels, is on the class timetable. If a class you want is not there, ask at reception — the timetable moves with demand rather than being fixed for the season.
Personal training with 13 trainers on site
A single session with a trainer costs 220 PLN. In packages it comes down: 200 PLN per hour in a pack of four, 190 PLN in a pack of eight and 180 PLN in a pack of sixteen.
There are 13 trainers working here, which for a club this size means you can pick by specialisation rather than by who happens to be free — strength and conditioning, boxing and striking technique, grappling, post-injury and clinical work, and training for children.
If you train exclusively with a trainer and never use the gym floor on your own, there is a cheaper membership for exactly that case: 125 PLN for 30 days instead of the full gym membership.
Tell reception what you want out of it — first marathon, back pain, coming back after two years off, learning to box — and they will match you with someone rather than assigning whoever is on shift.
Where we are, and how to get here
The address is ul. Białej Floty 2, 02-654 Warsaw, in the Marina Mokotów development in the Mokotów district. It is a residential estate rather than a shopping centre, so the club is at street level between blocks of flats — look for the sign rather than for a mall entrance.
If you live on Marina Mokotów, Sadyba, Ksawerów or the lower part of Mokotów, this is walking or cycling distance. From Wilanów and Służewiec it is a short drive. From the city centre it is roughly twenty minutes outside rush hour.
People searching for a "gym near me" in this part of Warsaw usually end up choosing between a large chain club with a monthly app subscription and something smaller. This is the smaller option, and the 24-hour key is the reason most people pick it over the chains.
Signing up: what actually happens
Step one is free. Come during reception hours, look at the floor, ask what you want. Nobody takes your details for a "free trial" that turns into a subscription.
If you decide to join, sign-up takes about ten minutes at reception. You need a document with your name on it and a payment card. Payment for a monthly membership is a recurring card payment, so it renews itself until you stop it. If you are going away — long trip home, a work posting elsewhere — the membership can be suspended for one month a year without losing it.
If you prefer to settle it before you arrive, call +48 664 099 162 during reception hours or leave your number in the form above and we will call you back the same day. Full opening hours are on the opening hours page, and written questions go to the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Is the gym really open 24 hours a day?
Yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Entry is self-service with a key you collect once at reception for 100 PLN. Reception itself is open Mon–Fri 4:00–9:30 PM and Sat 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Can I join without speaking Polish?
Yes. Reception handles sign-up in English, the trainers speak English and several group classes run in English. The membership agreement is in Polish because it has to be, but reception goes through it with you in English before you sign.
How much does membership cost?
The gym membership is 269 PLN for 30 days. Full access, which adds every group class, is 399 PLN for 30 days. A single gym entry without any membership is 60 PLN. Paying for a year up front is 25 % cheaper.
Do you accept MultiSport, FitProfit or PZU Sport?
Yes — we accept MultiSport Plus, MultiSport Kids, FitProfit, PZU Sport. With a sports card the gym floor is free and group classes are 50 % cheaper. The card does not cover the 24-hour key or personal training.
Is the first visit really free?
Yes, and there is nothing to book. Come during reception hours, train, look around, ask questions. We do not take card details for a free visit.
What do I need to bring on the first visit?
Training clothes, indoor shoes and a document with your name on it if you plan to sign up the same day. For a first combat sports class you do not need your own gloves — equipment is available at the club.
How much notice do I need to cancel?
A monthly membership is a recurring card payment, so it runs until you stop it at reception. If you are away for a while, it can be suspended for one month a year instead of being cancelled. Ask reception to walk you through the exact wording before you sign.
Are there classes for children?
Yes, from the age of three — combat sports and general sports classes, in age groups. Children are usually signed up on the one-class-a-week membership, 299 PLN for 30 days. Birthday parties at the club start at 700 PLN.
